The role

As a Technical Project Leader (TPL) at Idneo, you will orchestrate multidisciplinary engineering teams, to transform complex client requirements into high-performance sensing solutions (Radar, Camera, LiDAR). Together with the project manager, you will be the primary technical bridge between our clients' vision and our internal engineering excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Define product architectures that balance cutting-edge sensing capabilities with strict safety and reliability standards.

  • Coordinate project technical team (for all technical areas) assuring product feasibility of solutions and architectures proposed. Coordinate the project team work, distributing activities and ensuring their end on time with the quality and costs required.

  • Be the technical voice for the client, ensuring transparent, confidential, and fluid communication.

  • Guarantee seamless product integration. You will oversee the Configuration Management Plan and ensure the V-Model design process is executed, including certifications and testing.

  • Proactively identify technical risks and lead mitigation plans. You will own the defect management lifecycle (JIRA) and ensure the maturity of every product release.

  • Set up and optimize the technical toolchain (JIRA, SVN, DOORS) to ensure the team has the best environment to succeed.

Job requirements

  • You must have a bachelor degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience managing projects involving electronics for the automotive sector focused mainly on design and development phases

  • Your experience must be in international projects and be used to work with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Exceptional organizational, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Knowledge with the V-Model, ASPICE, and automotive safety standards desired.
