We are looking for a Logistics Administrative at Idneo Headquarter based in Mollet. Your main tasks will be:
- Plan shipments and coordinate with transport agencies.
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries and incident resolution.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
- Management of import, export, customs procedures and billing.
- General administrative tasks in the logistics field.
- You are a Logistics Administrative professional with 2 or more years of experience.
- You must be a good team-working player.
- Good english level.
- Responsible, proactive, versatile person.
