The role
As Project Manager, you will work within our industrial business unit, leading projects that bridge the gap between IoT development and large-scale industrialization. You will be the orchestrator between clients, technical engineering teams, and production plants to ensure that complex connected products are successfully brought to market within the established timeline and budget.
This role combines high-level technical coordination with Key Account Management and Product Industrialization oversight. Your tasks will include:
Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary link between all project participants, from R&D to the manufacturing floor.
Stakeholder Management: Lead meetings with international clients and technical teams (HW/SW/Mechanical).
Account Management: Act as the client’s reference point, handling the account’s growth and satisfaction.
Proposals & RFQs: Participate in the drafting and presentation of technical RFQs and commercial proposals.
Resource & Budgeting: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and establish realistic project timelines for industrial scaling.
Project Oversight: Monitor development phases, identifying potential deviations in the industrialization process (DFM/DFA) and implementing corrective actions.
Documentation: Maintain and update all project information, technical requirements, and certification milestones.
Job requirements
Experience: You must be an experienced Project Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience managing industrial projects, specifically those involving IoT or connected electronics.
Industrialization Expertise: Proven track record in the industrialization phase (transitioning from prototype to mass production), dealing with suppliers, production lines, and quality standards.
International Exposure: Experience in international projects, working comfortably with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams.
Commercial Mindset: Strong interest or experience in Account Management tasks and client-facing responsibilities.
Background: An Engineering degree (Electronics, Industrial, or Telecommunications) is required.
Languages: Fluency in English is a must for daily communication with global partners.
