Job description

We are looking for an exceptionally talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find the best talent in the world to support our growth. Their main functions include:

  • Leading a high quality recruitment, feedback and communication process focused on a positive candidate experience.
  • Define and delivery best in class selection processes and tools, ensuring diversity and equality compliances.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Define and participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including.
  • Take part in the Idneo´s Talent acquisition strategy definition and in the developing Idneo´s in-house talent acquisition capability. 

This is an exciting role for Human Resources professional who is keen to be part of, and progress within, a fast-paced HR Team within a dynamic and growing organization.



You are a professional with 2-3 years of corporate recruiting experience on full life cycle recruiting. Experience in tech environments will be definitely a plus.

Must have strong analytical skills to monitor productivity and areas of improvement, and feel comfortable  with both high level planning and strategy work as well as being “hands on” in sourcing candidates.

Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes and comfortable and experienced in execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management

Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks 

and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential, and an effective decision-making style.
