The Role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented HR Business Partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals. She/he will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

Job responsibilities:


  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.

  • Working with senior leaders, managers, and employees to address all types of organizational and employee issues.

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.

  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

  • Leading a high-quality recruitment, feedback and communication process focused on a positive candidate experience.

  • Define and delivery best in class selection processes and tools, ensuring diversity and equality compliances.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.

  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

  • Suggest new HR strategies.

  • Developing and updating HR policies and procedures and implementing solutions to achieve excellent internal communication.

  • Providing leadership in developing and implementing human resources projects within client group(s) and across the organization for corporate initiatives.

  • Analyse trends and metrics.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as an HR generalist would be required.

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines will be a plus (including training, recruitment, performance management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations).

  • Ability to promote and implement changes to current practices and processes and be comfortable and experienced in executing HR strategies.

  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential, and an effective decision-making style.
