The role

We are looking for a Brand & Comms Trainee to be responsible for supporting the internal and external communication projects inside Idneo, including branded content, corporate wordings, social media posting, press releases or similar. Technology lover, hands-on person willing to work with different departments. This position represents an exceptional opportunity for people passionate about communication strategies and eager to start or pursue a career in this dynamic field. The position is part of the Brand & Comms team depending on the Technology and People areas.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog, internal tools, and social media posts.
• Work closely with the graphic designers and the CAM on a daily basis in the development of each communication material.
• Conduct research to support communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• "Doer" personality.
• Spanish (native level) and English (C1-C2).
